Managed by a group of students, the Junior ESTACA works as a consulting company. Its goals are to realize technical studies to bring answers and overlook on projects and innovations from its clients. Operating for more than 25 years, the Junior Estaca has acquired the skills and the experience which are necessary to work with any kind of industries. For instance, over the duration of a study by our company, the student realizing the study is supervised by a member of the Junior Estaca in order to make sure that the work answers the needs of the clients. Every study made by the Junior ESTACA is realized by student from our school, selected for their skills and motivation within the ESTACA School of Engineering which has currently 1500 students. Supported by the school, our junior corporation has good technical capability and a good network in the European transport industries. Junior ESTACA aims also to be a learning tool for the student. Throughout the studies realized for our clients, they discover the industrial world through congress and tours in actual factories. Junior Estaca also allows the students to acquire new technical skills and new professional experiences, in addition to the one they obtained during their internships by applying their knowledge and skills learned in school on actual studies for our clients. Moreover, our junior corporation also helps the companies to discover the engineers of tomorrow who will be in a close future, working on their challenges.

What is a Junior-Entreprise? A Junior-Entreprise is a non-profitable association ‘de loi 1901’ (which is the name of the French law giving the basic status of any association in France) but with an alternative status enabling it to participate to the economic life like any other corporation. This particular condition allows the students on a 5-years formation to put their knowledge and skills to use in actual studies for actual companies. A Junior-Entreprise is first and foremost a learning tool, as it allows students to be confronted with the reality of the industrial world, in which they will soon have to operate. The clients of a Junior-Initiative get services very similar to the one proposed by engineering consultants, to lower prices notably because of a very advantageous legal status.

The name and condition of “Junior-Entreprise” is delivered by the “Confédération Nationale des Juniors Entreprises” (National Confederation of Junior Corporation) and is a proof to our client and partners of the quality of the services we offer and of the good management of our association.
